Future Emergent is a consultancy practice launched in 2022 by josh martinez (he/him/his). Future Emergent helps people and organizations build a just and more inclusive world. josh facilitates meetings for staff or board members, conducts written or presented organizational reviews, writes reports, and can develop or revamp existing programs or initiatives—all through a lens of racial equity and social justice. We offer services year-round to large and small nonprofits and businesses. All services are offered on a sliding scale.
